There is a requirement for non-EU citizens to report their place of temporary residence to the Czech Foreign Police within 3 working days of entering Czechia.
For those of you who are concerned, don’t worry, you have nothing to do since the dorm works like a hotel: it does the reporting automatically as soon as you are registered.
